The Part Shed and it’s affiliates have no control over the use or installation of any part and therefore will not be held accountable for any damage or injury from the use of the parts within.
THEPARTSHED.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THEPARTSHED.COM MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT (i) THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (iv) THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED, OBTAINED, OR TRANSFERRED THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS, DESIRES, OR NEEDS; AND (v) ANY DEFECTS OR ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED; (vi) NO ADVICE, INFORMATION, OR COMMUNICATION, WHETHER WRITTEN OR ORAL, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM THEPARTSHED.COM OR FROM THEPARTSHED.COM SERVICE SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
The Part Shed® and Jet Skis International® branded products come with a 1 year limited liability warranty. These parts are branded and manufactured by Jet Skis International (often referred to as JSI) and The Part Shed. The parts covered will specifically indicate if it comes with a 1 year warranty. Parts covered by this warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the invoice date. If your product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will either replace it or refund the original purchase price (not including shipping) at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, or negligence. The customer assumes responsibility for proper installation, maintenance and the results of modification. All warranty claims must be furnished to The Part Shed within a period of fourteen (14) days from Buyer's discovery of any defect or problem covered herein. Claims must be reported to The Part Shed, via telephone or email, with the issuance of a specific Return Authorization number (RA#). Do not return any merchandize without contacting us and receiving the return authorization number. The RA# must be used for all returns and must appear prominently on the outside of the return package. From the date of notice to The Part Shed, the Buyer must return the defective item within thirty (30) days to The Part Shed. Buyer assumes responsibility for lost or damaged items during the return shipping. Buyer is solely responsible for cost of return shipping.
